Why aerial photos?

The emergence of sUAS (Small Unmanned Aerial Systems) or "drones" have opened a world of possibilities for aerial photography and videography.  From commercial and residential real estate, to industrial inspections and everything in between, drones have been deployed to capture the perspectives that only pilots and birds have been able to enjoy, until now.

I'm a Realtor®, can't I just fly my own drone?

​

You can certainly purchase your own drone and fly around as a hobby only.  However, because these drones share the airspace with manned aircraft, the Federal Aviation Administration has put out rules and regulations regarding drone use for commercial purposes. The FAA has developed an official certification to ensure drone pilots are adhering to these rules. Flying outside of these rules is illegal and can be detrimental to you and your real estate license.

Is it safe?

AeroEyez is certified by the FAA (Part 107) so you can rest assured that your project will be in compliance with the Federal laws around commercial drone use.  AeroEyez is fully insured to minimize your liability and protects against risks to people or property.  The UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) or "drone" has multiple fail safe features as well to ensure safe flight.

AeroEyez is located in Orange County, CA.  We can service all Southern California with short notice. Further locations can be scheduled with advanced notice.

I'm certified by the FAA as a Part 107 Remote Pilot.  You can be assured that your project will be in compliance of federal laws governing the use of drones in commercial applications as I will check all airspace surrounding your desired location and obtain the necessary clearances to fly within that airspace prior to your shoot.

And...we're fully insured.  This minimizes your risk and liability if in the unlikely event of a mishap.  All incidents will be reported to the FAA in a timely manner.
